Hello and thank you for reading my very first blog post. Like my new-found role as a mother this new adventure is somewhat scary and exciting all at the same time.
I have set up this blog because I feel life is for sharing and why not show every other parent out there that they are not alone, hence writing a blog into the wee hours when the baby is sleeping after being sang to, walked, rocked, danced and just about everything else you can imagine in between to sleep for a few hours then wake up to be fed again!
Already as a mother I have had some of the best and worst experiences of my life. I find myself continually replaying some very wise advise we were given on a number of occasions:
“Nothing prepares you for being a parent, just sleep when the baby sleeps and you will be fine!”
Well the baby is asleep and I find myself trying to link ‘widgets’ and set up themes so I suppose I have already broken the cardinal rule, lets just see how many more we can break.
So readers stick with me and we will see where this latest adventure takes us, I have a feeling it will be a good one.
P.S. My blog does come with a health warning. I am dyslexic so I won’t always be grammatically correct and my spelling is far from perfect but I do hope you will continue to read on and enjoy my musings and adventures.
